Qualifying purchases must be made between December , 2024, and February 28th, 2025. Orders must meet minimum quantities of: Blades (x30), bearings (x8), and other components (x5). Customers may mail in the completed rebate form or submit online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/FSPrebate, or by scanning this QR code below. A copy of their dated sales must accompany the submission. Rebates must be submitted by April 1st 2025. (One rebate form must be submitted per Great Plains serial number.)
