We're excited to have Jack Neal join Apple Farm Service as our newest PSSR out of our Botkins location! As a Parts & Service Sales Represenative (or PSSR), Jack is a mobile extension of our award winning parts and service department.
Jack works as a mobile consultant, helping your machines run longer and more efficent. His duties include reodering and stocking your Ready Stock Parts Locker, inspecting your machines for worn and obsolete parts, educating you about upcoming sales and industry changes, and offering product protection plans and extended warranties for your existing equipment.
