Lawrenceburg Speedway Receives Tractor Donation for Fourth Year

It might not be the fastest machine at the Lawrenceburg Speedway, but without it, the races wouldn’t be as interesting! Earlier this summer Apple Farm Service Inc. donated a brand new Case IH tractor to the famous 3/8 mile clay track.

“We so happy that Apple Farm Service continued their tractor donation program!” said Dave Rudisell from the Lawrenceburg Speedway. “This is our fourth year receiving a new tractor to use from the guys at West College Corner.”

The Case IH Magnum 220 is mainly used to pull a special tool that works the clay track into perfect conditions before and after races.

“Case IH and Apple Farm Service have always believed in supporting local organizations that enrich the community” said Bill Apple, President of Apple Farm Service, Inc. “I’m glad that the folks at Lawrenceburg Speedway have enjoyed using their new Case IH tractor to prepare their track!”

Thanks to a community involvement project, Case IH and Apple Farm Service are allowing the Lawrenceburg Speedway to use this brand new red tractor for the next six months. The tractor will then be available for a lucky farmer with a new warranty and a sizable discount. However, for now this hardworking machine will be getting the Speedway ready for a season of racing, concerts, and fun family events!
