When will I receive my order?
Products will ship within 2-5 business days of purchase from Covington, OH. You will be emailed tracking information as soon as your order is processed. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Can I return something?
If your order arrives and it’s not exactly what you want, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping and handling. You must pay for shipping to return the product back to Apple Farm Service. Just make sure the item is in its original packaging and in good condition free of damage.
When a returned product comes back to us, we’ll check it over to make sure it’s in ‘Like New’ condition. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received by Apple Farm Service.
What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
Apple Farm Service is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your ordered damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Do not throw out any packaging. We will need documentation that the product arrived damaged.
What if I need my order ASAP? Do you offer expedited shipping?
At checkout, you can leave us a message. This is your opportunity to let us know if you’d prefer an alternative shipping method. We’ll evaluate your request and get in touch with you regarding the available options and any changes to shipping cost.
Can I track my package?
Yes. You will receive an email as soon as your product ships with tracking information.
Do you offer local pickup options?
Yes we do! At checkout you can choose one of our 5 locations for local pickup.
I need a part but I don’t see it on your site. Can you get it for me?
We only list those items we currently have in stock, but have access to order over half-a-million more! Give one of our 5 locations a call and we will check into that for you.
Can I edit or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
Reach out to us as soon as possible. If the order has NOT shipped we should be able to change it.
Do you ship orders internationally?
Right now, outside of the US, we only ship to Canada. Import duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.
What freight carriers do you use to ship internationally?
We primarily use UPS for international shipments.
How long will it take for my international order to arrive after shipment is made?
Most packages shipped by UPS will be delivered within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email with shipment details. Please be aware that Apple Farm Service can’t predict what delays may occur at the customs entry point of your country. Those delays will be out of our control.
Is it always $25 flat rate shipping?
No, while a majority of our products will ship for the $25 flat rate fee, some items are just too large or bulky. We can still ship these items, however, we will contact you with a new shipping amount and confirm your approval before shipping. It’s important to know that we will never charge your credit card for more than what you agree to.
Who can claim an agricultural sales tax exemption-
To claim the agricultural sales tax exemptions, a person must be engaged in “farming, agriculture, horticulture and floriculture.”
“Farming” means the occupation of tilling soil to produce crops as a business and includes raising livestock, bees, or poultry, if the purpose is to sell such livestock, bees, or poultry, or the products therefore as a business.
“Agriculture” means the cultivation of the soil for the purpose of producing vegetables and fruits and includes gardening or horticulture, together with the raising and feeding of cattle or livestock for sale as a business.
“Horticulture” means the growing, cultivation, and production of flowers, fruits, herbs, vegetables, sod, mushrooms, and nursery stock for sale as a business and includes the operation of commercial vegetable greenhouses or Nurseries.
“Floriculture” means the production of flowers and plants for sale as a business, either in the field or greenhouse.

In Ohio, the agricultural sales tax exemption applies to tangible personal property purchased for qualifying farm uses. To qualify, items must be used directly in the production of agricultural products for sale. While there isn’t an exhaustive list of exempt items due to the variety of agricultural products, some commonly exempt items include:

Why don’t you have prices on your equipment?
You’ll notice that we don’t have pricing on most of our new equipment. That is because pricing can vary significantly from month to month depending on what promotions that the brand is offering that month, whether you are qualified for additional discounts for groups or memberships you belong to, or if the customer decides to pay with cash or finance the equipment. If you want a price on equipment you see online, just contact us by sending an online contact us form, or give us a call.
Do you deliver equipment?
Yes, we do deliver equipment. Whether it’s for a sold unit, or you need us to pick-up or deliver a unit for service. We typically deliver up to 50 miles from each location, but we can go farther if our schedule allows. Most deliveries do cost. Cost depends on what vehicle it requires to transport, miles to the location, and how large the equipment to be transported. You can get a quote when you call one of our locations.
Can I pay for equipment with a credit card?
Yes, you can pay for equipment with a credit card. There is no fee when you purchase parts. However, there is a 3% fee when you use a credit card for equipment purchases.
